Publication with greetings and signature of the author Mr. Konrad Walus.
The latest publication by Robert Gorzkowski and Konrad J. Walus from the circle of typically cognitive literature.
It is a continuation of the first study from 2016 under the title " History of Lotteries and Number Games on Polish Lands 1748-1939, Volume I".
In the second volume, the authors subject to a meticulous historical and factual analysis of the not easy issue of the history of the lottery of the Polish
Lottery Monopoly in 1946-1991.
The perspicacity and meticulousness contained in the descriptive part of the book makes it very easy for the reader to understand the subject, prompting further discussion, since post-war lottery tickets rarely appear in collections and are mainly additions to them.
The catalog part, as was the case in the first publication, contains described degrees of rarity of Class Lottery tickets according to their possession in the authors' known collections.
The book is A4 size, has 138 pages, chalk paper, soft cover, full color.
