Loan to raise funds for the National Bank to finance the development of national industry, abolish the war burdens of the state and finance the public debt (according to Mazur).
Version with the signature of Pawel Gluszynski as director of the Bank of Poland.
Very nice condition of professional/museum conservation due to acidification of paper (streaking) and minor chipping.
The paper shows a spectacular watermark (filigree) made most likely by the paper mill in Jeziorna, which at that time was already owned by the Bank of Poland and produced paper for the issue.
The filigree specifies the name and amount of the issue, the date and has the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Poland.
