Niezwykle trudny do pozyskania w tym stanie wzór bardzo rzadkiego banknotu wykonany na obiegowym egzemplarzu. Perforowane wzory z emisji 1919-24 mają w większości wady dyskwalifikujące je do uzyskania oceny w zakresie UNC, wynikające ze sposobu perforowania. Ogromna rzadkość ze względu na stan zachowania.
